Return Policy
Line of Judah takes pleasure in providing quality service to it's valued customer's by assuring they are completely satisfied with their purchases, but understand every once in a while you might want to return a item. Because of this we accept returns for up to thirty (30) days after shipping your purchase. Purchaser must notify Line of Judah within the above time frame, via email only for record keeping purposes, and the item must be received by Line of Judah within one (1) week of notification. We ask that you return every item in the original packaging to prevent damage or mishap of the item(s). Every item must have on the original tags, stickers and/or labels and we can not accept any that does not.
Special Note: Items that have been washed, damaged or faded can not be accepted as a return. Also, hats which show signs of bent brims or soiled head bands can not be accepted.
Mail all returns back to Line of Judah, including the original invoice. Any shipping agency may be used, but we encourage you purchase tracking and insurance for all items, as Line of Judah will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Once we receive your return package, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect the items as to not violating the above policy. We will notify you via email that we have received/accepted and are processing or decline the return with a reason. If declined the purchaser would assume responsibility for any shipping cost to return the item. Validated items, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Price Markdowns
If a purchased item was marked down, Line of Judah will honor a request to refund the merchandise cost only (not including shipping and handling), if within 7 days of the shipping date and not in violation of the above return policy. Once we have received the marked down items(s) we will notify you, via email, and the refund amount, if approved, will be given within 1-2 weeks of Line of Judah receiving the item(s). |
